March 29th, 2020 Update
Dear California Strawberry Cup potential Attendees,
Another two weeks have passed as we continue to monitor the situation. Thank you all for Volunteering for AYSO.
Over the past two weeks, our Nation continues in the challenges of COVID-19 have dominated our conversations here in California. Your health and safety are of the highest importance and we here in Region 68 appreciate your understanding in this matter during these trying times.
Camarillo AYSO Region 68 is focused on safety regarding human health, and as such Region 68 has a particular responsibility to do all we can to help contain the spread of COVID-19 for ourselves, our families and our communities. We can continue in our mission to serve our AYSO Players, Volunteers, and Parents.
Region 68 continues to be guardingly optimistic.
We are sending you an additional email communication of your intent to participate in this year’s Cup.

May 9 & 10 (Boys 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, 19U)
Our revised GO-NO GO decision date for the Boy’s weekend will be determined on or about April 1, 2020.
May 16 & 17 (Girls 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, 19U)
Our revised GO-NO GO decision date for the Girl’s weekend will be determined on or about April 10, 2020.
Our Team Refund Policy: A full refund will be issued if the tournament is canceled and cannot be rescheduled. If a team withdraws 30 or more days before the tournament, a full refund will be given. Within 30 days of the tournament, no refund is provided unless a replacement team that can pay the entire registration fee is found.
Referee Refund Policy: Refundable within 30 days of the last day of the tournament, if referee assignments have been completed.
Sorry for any inconvenience, but Region 68 believes this will help move us through this period of uncertainty and return to regular AYSO business as usual as quickly as possible. As the Tournament Director, I urge you to make your own decision whether to attend this year’s Strawberry Cup. You are responsible for your health and safety regarding COVID-19 if you attend.
