There are three ways to return the applications:

1. By email to [email protected] with each child’s application as its own attachment. Please use the child’s name for their application file.

2, By mail, send applications to Camarillo AYSO Region 68, 1161 Calle Suerte, Suite F, Camarillo CA, 93012. Only by USPS no UPS or FED EX.

3. By walk in to our office at 1161 Calle Suerte, Suite F, Camarillo, CA 93012 on one of our open office hours.  Please check our website for the regional calendar for dates and times.
